So...what have we been up to?
Last weekend (my birthday weekend!!) we went to Merimbula for Naomi's wedding. She was one of the most stunning brides I've ever seen. Will have to post a pic once I load em. I had an AWESOME time at the wedding, she and her parents did a great job and I gotta say it was one of the best weddings i've been to as well!
Josh had a great time with my cousins too...while Aaron and I enjoyed our first outing without BOTH boys! Well done Nanna and family.
Last week was pretty busy...I got a letter from Calvary hospital letting me know that I was booked in for surgery this thursday (18th Oct) for the grommet in my right ear. I pray it means the end of this weird sound thingy in my ear.
On the tuesday we had our 6wk checkups...Kai dirtied his nappy so we had to come back again on the wednesday. We also caught up with my good friend Ali from work on wed. That was really nice. Kai is now officially on the bottle for 2 feeds a day and it's fantastic! Before the check up on the tues we all went to Floriade (Aaron had a flex day off work). I'll post pics soon.
Today Josh went to an orientation day at Stepping Stones child care centre. Aaron and i went there yesterday to check things out and loved it. So he'll be going there every thurs and fri starting tomorrow. He loved his orientation day today and I think he's really going to get a lot out of going. Thankfully they had room in the pre-school room and that was what I wanted him to go for - the extra stimulation and learning opportunities.
Kai is cranky...more later
