Happy {half} birthday, my gorgeous boy

Yesterday (21st Feb) Malakai turned 6 months old!!
It has gone so ridiculously fast. What an amazing little guy he is, so happy and easy going.

We had a cake for Josh when he was 6 months (the same type of cake too, the little mud from Michel's) so of course we had to do the same for Kai. He was really fascinated by the red rose decoration :) and I don't know if you can see it in the photo, but Josh got a little excited and ate the front corner off the cake before we did the singing etc. Ratbag.

And a cute photo of Josh and Kai together. Their relationship is so sweet. Malakai just lights up when Josh is near, and Josh can make him laugh by doing anything. Josh is always careful to look after Kai and is so sorry if he ever accidentally hurts him. I love it :)

I'm so glad it's friday! I've been soo tired this week...and I spent 2 and a half hours this afternoon after work making sure I was staying on top of all my marking and other admin stuff (that was even after I spent my entire free period AND lunch working too - lol I didn't even EAT! Now that's BAD for me!)

So yeah!!! It's the weekend! Shannon's hen's tea party tomorrow at the Hyatt (YUMMO!) and Daniel's dedication on sunday. Not to mention meeting Aaron's great aunt from Perth who's staying with his parents for a while. So lots to do.
