more pictures

Here's Kai standing up on his own. Not sure whether this was the 'first' first time but it was the first time we caught it on camera! It was taken 19th April so he was 7 months old.

Me and the boys in Merimbula :) love this photo

Josh standing with the Seahorse statue that's like right on the main street in Merimbula. I'm not sure how new these are but they weren't around when I was growing up. I think it's really cool the way Merimbula has grown and they've done a great job making the town look even more beautiful than it already was.

Josh dancing on the beach. We were having a BALL!!!

Malakai in his pram at the park just near the beach where Josh was dancing. We walked all the way from our unit down to this park (Josh walked the whole way there and then rode in the pram the whole way back! lol, and it's UPHILL the whole way back! I was TOAST! But we had such a good time).

I realised we didn't have a hat for Kai so I popped into the Vinnie's store that's right on the way to the park. Found this kinda cute but daggy hat for him for $1. Then Josh found a knitted teddy that we 'had' to get and the ugliest green hat!! He wore that hat the whole way (altho thankfully I managed to swap it with his nicer cap before I took any photo's) and even this morning wanted to wear it to day care. I think I'm gonna have to give it away ;)
nah, I probably won't...it's pretty fun, watching him run around in that revolting hat lol!

It sounds like you had an awesome holiday and that the weather was very kind to you. I don't remember seeing the seahorses when we were in Merimbula last November ... but then I'm not the most observant little cookie on the oven tray!!!!

Thanks Heather - yeah we had an awesome time and the weather was unbelievable...we took all this warm clothing and didn't have much to wear! The Seahorse is down near the bridge - along the shops up on these brick things with plants in them. I think there's other statues (maybe 3 in total kinda spread out as you go up the street?) but I can't remember what they were...
