in the arms of Jesus...

a friend from work (Mark) and his wife (who I also know thru GEMS) lost their 4 month old baby girl last sunday. Angela laid her down on her rug (as we all do...), went to do something with one of the 4 older girls and when she came back, baby Trixie was dead.

I just cannot even imagine how they are feeling...I don't even know what to say. Please pray for them. The funeral is on friday...I am so torn about going. I want to go and and show them love and support them...and not think about how utterly heartbreaking the whole thing is.

I'm sorry...I don't know how to say all this 'correctly'. Just please pray for these wonderful people during this devastating time

and maybe hug your own precious blessings just a little longer after you've read this...

Kylee, that is so deeply sad!!

I'll be praying for them and also for you, that you can be the comfort and blessing they need at this time.

I cannot even begin to imagine how they must be feeling ...

Unfortunately there is nothing that is 'right' or 'correct'. Whatever you do will be the right thing. It just makes us see how fragile our lives - and those around us - are. Not that we should fear, but that we should be grateful and full of trust in Jesus :)
Prayers for you & your friends!

Oh my goodness, that is devastating! So very sad to hear and I am sure, as has been said, whatever you do will be right.

And how true to remember our own blessings. Each blessing is significant!
