Josh finished preschool. How fast did that go?! Unbelievable. I can still remember getting ready this time last year and anticipating what it would be like. Now I'm doing the same with thoughts about kindy...I'm really going to miss having him around during the day, but he CAN'T WAIT and I know he'll love it.
Ella is getting ready to walk...and turns ONE tomorrow! She's taken a few steps on her own already - maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago she started that. Here she is eating a whole apple. She found it in the nappy bag after an outing this week and thought she'd be like the boys :) we ended up with little apple pieces all over the kitchen floor where she'd taken a bite and munched it a bit then rejected it lol.
A little while ago 4 chooks moved into the 'Hen Hilton' in the backyard :) that was monday. Then that wednesday we got Callie, this gorgeous cat. She has been such a blessing. She's awesome with all the kids, altho gets out of Ella's way quite quickly! She puts up with a lot, and I've been so impressed with her :) the chooks on the other hand haven't laid yet, despite threats of becoming Christmas dinner :(
