12 weeks for change

I've joined Michelle Bridges '12 Week Body Transformation'.

Here's the commitment I've made for my first round of 12WBT:

1. Healthy eating - I will follow the eating plans (so will hubby and the kids!!)
2. Exercising - 6 days a week
3. Losing 12kg
4. Making this a way of life, not just a 12 week thing and then go back to bad eating habits and laziness.

It is important to me that I am a woman who keeps her word. I tell my kids they must keep their word and it's up to me to set the example! I also want to be a better example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.

Most importantly, I don't want to look back in 5yrs and still be thinking I should really eat better and exercise more. I want to do this NOW.

NO EXCUSES!
