time is flying...

Wow...can't believe how long it's been since I've posted. So much has happened! So i'll try and recap a little...

* 5th Nov - Had Lisa's hens night - went to Zone3 and played a game of laser zone. It was really cool :o) and I think she was pretty surprised. Followed by dinner at the Harem where we had a game of wife celebrity head (I was 'Pink' lol, how suitable) and gave Lisa her bridal shower gifts.

* Their wedding was last weekend, 10th Nov at the Chapel - Gold Creek. It was one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever been to (lol, altho I do remember saying that just last month about Naomi's wedding too!). The weather was great - thankfully cause it'd been raining that whole week. Got some nice photo's of our family too.

* I also registered for some relief teaching at work - for a little spare cash before christmas. So I got called in last friday to teach year 6. LOVED that. A lot of my old kids from last year (that I also had in yr 3). I had a fantastic day.

Have been reading Terrific Toddlers - well I actually read it in about 1/2 hr...but I've actually been putting into practise what it suggests and I love it. I've made up routines and once I get them typed up they're going on our makeshift noticeboard next to the fridge (where we've got Josh's 'toilet success' chart and memory verse at the moment). I've also been reading 'On Becoming Childwise' and checking out the Growing Families Australia website and that's been awesome too. There's a group that meets here in Canberra called GEMS 'Godly Encouragement for Mums' and I'm hoping to get the chance to go to some meetings next year.

So that's about it...am going to post about things around here right now cause eventually I'd like to do a scrap page about it and it'll be easier if it's recorded on here.
