Here's the dining room - I LOVE MY MIRRORS!! So excited that they turned out so well. Exactly what i wanted. There's a couple of random vases I haven't put away yet, a bag full of scrapping stuff I bought yesterday cause Scrap the Lot is closing and they were having 40% off...shhh! And of course shirts hanging there waiting to be taken upstairs. Pretty typical really.

This part of the house is the 'hub'. This is where all the action is. Aka - the living room. Josh's (and Kai's now) toys live under the stairs in a semi-tidy mess. We just tested out mum's new TV on a socket under the stairs (behind the bookshelves) to see how it all went and it works. It'll move into mum's place pretty soon. There's camera stuff on the table cause I was taking these pics, Josh's new Buzz Lightyear undies cause he's not wearing nappies during the day anymore!! MILESTONE!! And he's doing pretty well actually :o) Can't wait for the blind to go behind the stairs too so the neighbourhood can't see in all the time!

This room is MY 'hub'. Aka - the study or 'puter' as Josh calls it. We've converted the buffet on the left into a change table for Kai and tonight I'm actually supposed to be re-organising this room to work a little better. At some stage I hope to make it look more inspiring...I like the idea of it being more like my studio than a boring area...but I can't see anything happening for a while! Just never seems to be any spare time...

So yeah...a very brief snapshot of the downstairs area and what we're up to right now. Oh YEAH - and I'll post again in a sec with our latest fun addition!
