Afternoon tea at the Hyatt was so nice. The last time we had afternoon tea there was when I was pregnant with Josh lol. So a while ago. It's great for us cause it's quiet, so Aaron doesn't get worn out trying to hear me over lots of background noise. We're always looking for nice quiet places when we want to go out (altho I've noticed that generally the quieter places are also more expensive...which is why we don't go out all that much!)

YAY - my laundry is all painted!! I am particularly excited about it cause when we got our new cupboards put in, they had to pull out the old one and the wall was a mess behind it. It looks heaps better now. I was going to take a picture for before/after but was too slow :( oh well. All that needs doing now is the grout for the new row of tiles and my dryer up on the wall (and a shelf over the sink, but it's not quite as important...yet!)

Am planning on carting all my school stuff back into the classroom today. And getting started on this scrapbooking challenge I came across yesterday. I doubt I'll get a whole 31 layouts done this month but even ONE would be better than what I've managed to produce for the past 12 months...

Poor Aaron - the bug is coming back for a second go at him. He was supposed to go back to work today but he's feeling rotten. It's such a nasty one this one.

I am so excited about this year. Another thing that makes me think of abundance is positivity. And gratitude.
