October!!! YAY

I love october...kind of think of it as my month just cause it's my birthday month (although I share it with Josh now). I love the weather in october. I love that the year is almost over but not quite.

Anyway, I'm gonna record this morning before i head out today so that I don't have to wrack my brain later tonight about what exactly I did:

1. Alarm goes off at 6am (A up, ready for work and out the door). Up at 6.45 (still working on that 6am start!)
2. Josh comes in to our bed for a snuggle.
3. Shower, get ready for the day (clean up Josh's room, help him make his bed, make our bed - he was going to help but got distracted by the blackbirds in the front yard and watched them while I worked)
4. Get Kai up and dressed
5. Downstairs for yoghurt and bananas for the boys breakfast, 'Just Right' for me.
6. Have an altercation with Josh over the Spotlight catalogue with the halloween stuff on it. He spends a little time out in his room. We talk about manners etc and all is well.
7. Hand the kids over to mum again cause I'm off to work this morning to get all that awful marking finished.
8. Sneak upstairs for some quiet devotion time before I go. Can't believe I got thru yesterday without it. Spend a really nice (and so essential) 1/2 hr with God
9. Kiss Kai goodnight as he heads off to bed for his nap, kiss Josh goodbye and tell him I'll see him this afternoon.
10. Grab stuff and walk to work.
