This was taken yesterday. 32wks along. I am usually reluctant to have pics of me taken while pregnant, mostly because i reckon i just look fat. But I like the idea of this sort of photo that focusses in on the bump (and totally removes any chance to bemoan the double chin...). I think I would have liked to have been organised enough to get a pic like this done every week...or perhaps just every month. Maybe I'll just do it for the last 8 weeks instead...as I enjoy 'living large' for the last time (God willing!).
Is it just me, or does the whole world seem overly political at the moment? Perhaps I have noticed it more as I read some blogs based in the US...I am definitely more interested in this sort of thing as I get older, and sometimes feel quite frustrated at the outcome of elections. I take for granted that I can vote (thanks for the reminder of what it cost for that privilege michelle) but probably still don't take enough interest. I know a lot of people are very glad to see the outcome of the recent US elections. I don't have a strong opinion either way, but am cautious about the 'changes' that seem so inevitable from the outcome. I believe change is good and necessary, but would have preferred Obama take a different stand regarding abortion. Perhaps I feel more strongly about that as I'm pregnant right now...anyway, I don't want to start a political debate, just thinking out loud I guess.
I stayed home from work to rest again today. Allowed my body to completely reject the bug the boys tried to share with me this week. I feel absolutely 100% better tonight than I have most nights over the past 10 days. And I am so grateful. Pam had my class too which was really cool. And they dutifully impressed her. I have a witness now that I'm not exaggerating about how spoilt I've been at work this year! lol. So glad you had a good day Pam :)
Have a good night all - I'm off to spend time with my wonderful man :)

what a cute bump Kylee!! In this pic you actually don't even look that big. You will have to do the photo now every week to make up for all the other photo's you haven't taken up til now lol...
Glad you are feeling better! And your 'bump' looks great :)I agree with you...although I am happy for Obama to be president, and it must be such a proud moment for African Americans....I also read a very confronting post that explained 'one issue politics' and how one issue is enough to disqualify candidates. Interesting.....
