my little princess

Sunday 31st May was Ariella's dedication service. It was our opportunity to thank God for her and say that we will do our utmost to raise her for Him. She looked adorable in her pretty dress :) which just happened to have a pink insert down the centre of the skirt - perfect! It's funny cause it wasn't the dress I originally had my heart set on (that one was $450!!! crazy huh?!) but now that it's all over, I look at the photo's and it just looks perfect. Gotta love that :) I was so grateful that 'Aunty Shannon' sang the song for us as well, it took a bit of effort to not cry (and I know I would have if I was singing!). The song was 'Find Your Wings' by Mark Harris.

I am so grateful God gave us this precious little bundle of girly joy. She is such a smiley princess. I love when she holds my hand while she's feeding, her HUGE grins when she's watching her big brothers and the way she goes all gooey with her daddy (and he goes all gooey with her!!)


I have no idea who she is going to look like. At the moment she's so chubby it's hard to tell lol! But I love that too - her chubby little arms and legs and her kissable cheeks :)


She's five months old now, and although she had an alright start to solid feeding, she's decided she isn't really ready. So we'll start her again sometime soon.

She's unwell at the moment, so we've moved her into her room (finally!) so she can have the vaporiser on all the time. I am sad cause she's my last baby and now that she's moved into her room we won't be having another baby sleeping in our room again :( but at the same time, it's awesome to see her in her cot, and her dresser finally arrived last week so her room is just about finished too lol!!

I really am totally in love with my baby girl. I thank God for her. I look forward to many many more pretty dresses ;)
