this morning I found myself complaining about my children. unfortunately it's not the first time I've done this :( but just now God spoke to me about it, and reminded me that I never wanted to be like that (and He doesn't want me to either).
Instead I want to do my best to always speak positively about my children whether they're listening or not. I've heard it put this way:
Always speak about a person as if they were there
I'm thankful for the reminder, and committed to doing better from now on.

I like that little quote...will have to copy it down! It's a great thing to make sure we do, and I am sure would change a lot of conversations if everyone did it!!
